that's funny but must be a joke....

I always thought Lars was an arsehole. The guy seems like a kid who throws hissy fits.

scoopthis.com is a parody news site, just so you know. They used to to pro-wrestling humor.

I think it's bs. They spoofed MTV and Metallica's site. They will probably be getting sued for real.

there was a time when Metallica didnt give a sh!t about Sh!t like this. they were a hard metal group that had great lyrics and made good statements in them.
I will always remember the Master of puppets days and Garage days. and even and justice for all(thier last great album).
but with the changing of thier producer from flemming rassmussen to ****!n Bob Rock(the black album) and their sell out mentality to Mtv and to cater to all the teeny bopper britanny spears crowd with sh!tty lyrics, they have just gone downhill and become nothing more than washed up sell out musicians. Cliff Burton is probably shifting and ****ting in his grave at all of this.
I miss those days "Cliff 'em All"

Lars Ulrich needs to STFU.

Dude, they had ME going for a second there. I totally fell for it. The fact that Metallica does seem to have gone pretty bonkers made it easy for me to believe they'd gone all the way round the bend.

If I'd been trying to fool the board, I would've hidden the URL of the link.

I'm so used to the joke urls on this forum I started looking for all the signs and noticed the url...pretty funny stuff though.

I've felt from the beginning that those guys were perhaps the biggest bunch of posers I had ever heard of . I'm sure even the village people are embarassed for them.

dont know about this source but I have heard about the suit on Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel. Paul was having a lot of fun with it.

It's like that creation science website - you just don't know whether to laugh at the cleverness or weep in despair that it's so plausible someone meant it seriously.

David Roth said something intelligent and amusing. Isn't that one of the signs of the apocalypse?

Metallica.. They have some great old songs. And I think their new bass player is an upgrade. Still, their days are waaay over
