Where can I find good Kali equipment?

I've been trying to look around online for some decent Kali equipment. I'm mostly looking for Lameco forearm and hand protectors designed by Punong Guro Edgar Sulite, and some good metal training knives. A good pair of escrima sticks would be good too, Any suggestions?
