What are symptoms of overtraining? Thanks for any replies!

Fatigue, loss of strength, sickness, injury, etc.

From personal experience: If you have to wonder if you are experiencing overtraining, then you probably are, or you wouldnt be wondering..you would just be working out :)

I would say the opposite. If you aren't certain that you are overtraining, or if you have to ask whether you are or not...then you are not.

Censored may be right in a way.... I think it has to do with your natural tendencies..mine are to overtrain, so I know if I actually wonder if I am then I probably have been training WAY too much...Fragbots sounds right too..I can never sleep right when it happens

Sometimes when I am sore I have trouble sleeping ... but that is intentional overtraining, I guess.

Thanks for all the replies. If you practice external styles, lift, ect.
how often do you rest. I never take a whole day off.

I take fridays off.
If I'm being very good, my sched is:
y-gung and negung 5x a week
monday training
tues cardio + weights
weds training
thurs cardio + weights and forms
fridays off
saturdays I'll try to bike or something
sundays back at the cardio & weights
