4 more days until its been 2 weeks since I quit smoking cigarettes. :D
I can twist a humans head off with my hands. :D
Its been a long ass 2 weeks thus far...
not much longer till its "officially" out of my system tho.

2 weeks? Im better, Ive been clean for almost 20 years. 20 years this August 15th.

Only 17 years? I have gone 30 years if you don't count the couples I had when I was 11 :D

I only smoked for 1yr out of something like 36. Filthy disgusting habit.

This week hasnt been quite as bad as last week actually... :)
They are starting to gross me out... The smell bothers me... :)
Cardio is already starting to improve, food tastes better too... been coughing up all kinds of nasty **** post-hardcore cardio....
