Does anyone have any good stretches or other suggestions for limbering up toes stiff from crouching? After working out for a typical several hour session, my toes are stiff and sometimes painful. Not crouching sounds like a good option, but it isn't in my style! ;) Thanks for any advice! :)

Well, here's what you do... pick up your keitai with one foot, then dial that number I gave you using as many of the toes on the other foot as you can...
:p ;) :D
...then we meet up and beat the **** out of each other/have a glass of shouchuu...!

stretch them lightly before a workout, then for flexibility after, and maybe massage them to make sure you're getting the appropriate amount of circulation. but don't use any froo-froo-scented lotion. that makes you smell like a weenie. go for the unscented stuff.

Sounds like the strawberry-peach oil I had in mind is out ;) Will get into more pre-workout stretches on those digits.
