Die another day: Twin swords?

I just watched die another day last night and I am trying to determine what two swords Hale Berry used on the airplane.

They looked Japanese in style, almost like Wakizashi's but they were straight from what it looked like and a little shorter. It kind of looked like a really long knife between a Wakizashi and a Tanto.

Anyone know what they were?

Check your local bookstore for the book Secrets of the Samurai. I got it for $10, originally $40, hard back on the discount shelf at Barnes and Noble. I have it in my room but I dont know what page it is on, but they have all sorts of Japanese swords in there.
