Hi,

I am looking for some exercises which will help strengthen the muscle in the solarplex region.

I am hoping to be able to take a blow to the solarplex without dropping like a fly.

Oh, no, not at all.... That's just what I know of... I think Matt Furey has a book on body conditioning, and there's some stage magicians that do Houdini style demos of body toughness, so look in a magician's supply catalog or store... And don't forget about good 'ol medicine balls.
