Does anybody know the name of the Boss that Chan and his boys fought in the end. The Asian pirate.....And if you know the style he was using?

His name is **** Wei, was a Tae Kwon Do / Combat instructor at one time for the Taiwan Army. Also something of a gangster, friend told me that **** Wei used organize dog fights for the guys.
