5 animal style and Shuai Chiao is my styles, and San Shou is how I spar/compete. Sometimes I play around with Pakua too but it's more for fun.
I am considering to begin either Muay Thai and/or BJJ in the future when I have time for it. What is your style yen?

At the moment Chen TJQ, did a few other arts in the past but forgot most of it in order to concentrate on getting current system right.

Shaolin and BJJ. Little bit of boxing and fencing, but not enough to be good.

I might just be concentrating on BJJ now. Some bad **** went down at my shaolin school. I wont say more than that cause I dont want to seem disrespectful.:(

It's amazing to watch, like I said i'm looking forward to it.

I use a rowing machine for part of my regular cardio workout, and I grip the bar with mantis hand posture to build up my forearms.
