Ok had a call from my teacher last week telling me that I have to start training again (not trained for a month or so as this hot weather has given me real bad asthma and my hands are still broken up from my last fight) as he had a call from the promoter who organises our fights. She told him that their is a team comming to fight with us at the end of october. Now he was told what this team is but he wont tell me for a while as its not fully confirmed yet anf our promoter has no wish to look stoopid by reading about a non event on kungfu magazine forum.



Ok now that I have filled you in.

Any one who can guess the identity of the team in question gets a free cake (as i now need to lose weight again).


Only clue I can give is that it was implied that they were chinese......but that may be a red herrimg from my teacher.

ok, I am thinking of a number between 1 and 9563, you have to guess the number and what language I am thinking about it in from English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean, then you have to email it to me, but at my rarely used email, not the standard one, then I MIGHT send you a nickle to buy a slice of cake with....

There are more than just national teams though right?

I think it will be either a club or organisation team.

Well I have found out who it is now and as its still unconfirmed I cant say who , but I must say I'm disapointed.

Singulair has done wonders, along with liquib D (for allergies)

Sipping hot coffee in the morning helps dialate your lungs as well. Swimming and lung control excercises have made a big difference for me also....

well I have been useing my girlfirends inhailer....not sure what is in it but it works as well on my asthma as it does on hers.

Also my asthma is hayfever related and as the gress pollen season has just ended im hopping that it will no longer be a prob.

The hands worry me more. Its been about 6 weeks since I hurt them and i'm not seeing much improvemrnt dispite not hitting anything with them (problem was fingers getting bent back to much due to hitting on the center knuckle of the finger when upper cutting).

Sounds like it probably stretched the ligaments in your fingers... Its going to hurt for a long time if thats the case.

Albuterol sulfate is one of the more powerful inhalors out there, azmacort is really good for controlling athsma over periods of time.

Massage your hands. Do gentle hand excersices, to work the muscles. Getting one of those sandy filled feeling squeezy ball things may help. Im not looking at it and am no doctor tho, and if your hand is really bothering you, Id say to see a doctor. Theres a whole lot of things to f*ck up in your hands. I cut the back of my fingers on my left hand to the bone 2 years ago, and still dont have any feeling.

My mom talks sh!t to me every time I see her cause Ill usually mention that Im hurt and need to schedule a doctor visit on my way out the door... to go spar or the like. :)
