Tip: Don't work armbar drills w/ a 300 lb. partner. Not hurt but both shoulders feel like I've been drawn, if not quartered.

now see, I tried to give us an in for keeping this sorta on topic by mentioning that I spent my birthday evening training with a 300 lb guy.

this guy is huuuge. whenever he goes for a big throw you need to wear an oxygen mask.:p

of course, our class runs big. Last night was 300(6'4"), 280(6'3"), 245(6'3"), 245(5'9"), {235(5'11") l'il ol me} & 218(5'10")

there were some little guys there but we didn't notice them too much:D
