I do the tightwrope, plyometric jumping (traditionally dig a hole a little deeper every day. I run up walls when I can find a good slanted rock..I do that every day and get a sharper angle and longer distance over time. I also practice peng jin and others. Did Iron hand and body, how bout yous? Any gongs?

I tried the hole digging plyo exercise when I was younger and living with my parents... my dad found the hole and made me fill it back up.

i do hard qigong, which covers a few things.

I once tried the hole, but also got made to fill it back in, so now i draw lines on the ground and use them to jump between. After i get used to that distance and its easier i increase it a bit.

Yeah, in the shaolin-d'oh lineage.. the wall running incorporates standing back about 30' from a wall, and running full speed at it, the object is to build yourself up until you can run straight through it.

The whole digging incorporates digging a really deep hole, then filling it back up again while you are still in it...

Don't tell Sin The` I've told you this... It is only for 15th degree black belts.

And Im assuming you aim the top middle at the head for maximum penetration power?

Ill work on that as soon as R5 finishes teaching me how to throw children into steel.
