you know the crane hook in kung fu, well I think there's also an offensive use for it. I was at my locker and this girl(she hates me) did that to me.

are you talking about people using it as a handsign? Or applicably using it in fighting?

don't knwo what it means as a handsign, but as an applicable hand form it is a strike, a scoop and a trap. with the fingers striking soft areas like the eyes, throat or p-points(if you're good enough) to scoop incoming limbs as the striek at you and to trap and hold a limb while striking with something else.

Is that American sign language?

If so, I cannot understand sign and wouldn't know what the hand form means in sign.
