I swear I start a thread like this almost every year.
So, since there's some new people and hopefully everyone has progressed over the past year, it's time for some more fun questions.
1. How do you take a punch to the face? Is there a specific type of training you do to train for this? When you know that being hit in the face is imminent, what do you do?
2. How do you take a punch (or kick) to the chest? Is there a specific type of training you do to train for this? When you know that being hit in the chest is imminent, what do you do?
3. How do you take a punch (or kick) to the stomach? Same questions as above.
4. How do you take a punch (or kick) to the kidney area. Same questions.
I'm not asking about arms or legs because I understand how they can be toughened up, etc., but the body and face are much more vital targets.
So what do you do? Qigong? Iron Body? Beat yourself with no internal component? Some training you invented yourself?
