im answering this only for the reason of making you feel better about yourself.

But in my severly uneducated opinion, half way between the back and side of the neck is the safest place. This way you avoid major arteries and such but you also aren't cracking someone right on the spine.

Success is a label made by the insecure.

do not Hit the neck it can cause
serious damage some dude at school that had seen
too many movies did a Chop to my neck
well lets just say it never was the same
the neck is Slightly bendt to the left
it dosent hinder me in any way but if he had
hit slightly harder ......hospital....long time
i am really happy this happened at children school
or whatever i am going to call it and not now
