I have recently found out that my mother has two holes in her lungs, a huge house and quite a few kids to take care of. To help her recuperate a little I have dropped everything for the past several weeks to help her maintain house , children and rest. In the process I have lost a whole lot of weight myself and am a bit concerned. About all I have had time for is a few hours of training here and there and some meditation. Density is still VG and am feeling vital when not wiped out.
Health and fitness is normally my priority and even though this has been my pleasue, I just cant let it go any longer. I am seriously hanging out to get back into some long hard core work outs but just cant spare the weight. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can do this without having to constanlty eat **** loads?!?! would like some extra fuel, but enough food already - Im good. really!
