That would be the oddest recreational drug ever. People would drop some and then look for boring things to do, just to get off. I predict the viewership of PBS would triple. :D

someone told me about a rare 'fruit-ice-drug', that you only can get in China. Apperently it's some sort of leaf that you take in the mouth and you'll get high with a taste of sensational fruit while your mouth get's cold. Sounded pretty weird
