Does subliminal training work?

Haha, probably not, but I just saw an eBay auction for a subliminal CD that is supposed to help you develop a photographic memory. That would be cool.

Anyone know anything about this?

I've heard that it can for perfect pitch.IE where someone can play u a note an u can say exactly what it is.

This isn't subliminal but a study in Britain shgowe that simply thinkking about doing exercise can increase muscle devlopment.
Two sets of twins did the same amount of exercise, ate the same food etc.BUt one group would spend a certain amount of time just thinking about doing exercise aswell.They're muscle development was 30% more than there counterparts :confused:

I was sceptical when i heard it but isaw a documentary about it and it was pretty convincing.
