On Saturday September 27th, 2003, the Ying Hung Martial Arts Association will be hosting an unprecendented one day, six hours of extensive kung fu training. The workshop will focus on authentic Drunken Eight Immortals Kung Fu and the skill "Eight Divine Fist". Covered will be history, the form , usuage of movements, proper respiratory methods, body mechanics for martial application.
