Hey folks,

Two new articles up at wingchunkuen.com.

First is from Michael Parriski - Jumpstretch Bands and Wing Chun! It joins Mike's other great articles in the X-Training zone.

Next is Biu Ji - Ving Tsun's most misunderstood form by David Peterson, student of the late Wong Shun-Leung. This is an update of an older article and a really great read.

They can be accessed via http://www.wingchunkuen.com/new.html

Enjoy!

Mike seems to have found some common ground in power lifting and Wing Chun. Nice to learn how he's doing on all fronts.

David Peterson is very generous to share his knowledge as broadly as he does. A great guy and insightful author.

I also must commend you on your excellent article on Sum Nung. I found it a good read.

Well done. Thanks for sharing so generously with us.

Hi John,

Wing Chun Kuen is only part of most lives, and shares space with other interests. Mike's is power lifting, and I too think its cool to see how he makes room for both. It shows what a robust art WCK really is.

David is a class act. In a good news/bad news situation, he said he's fully sold his first print run of the Wong Shun-Leung book, but has not yet scheduled a second run.

And thanks for the kind words on my article.
