I meant shaolin internal MA (martail arts) not qigong.
like one finger zen or whatever it is, and anything else?

Off hand, we ran a good article two part on internal training for martial arts by Shaolin Monk Shi Guolin this year - it was in our MAR APR 2003 (http://store.yahoo.com/martialartsmart/kf200115.html) and MAY JUN 2003 (http://store.yahoo.com/martialartsmart/kf200116.html). Check those out. :)

Internal martial arts not internal training for martial arts!

Does Shaolin have any?

What is two finger zen/chan?

Do they have internal forms?

one finger zen? Sounds like you have been reading wong kiew kit :)

shaolin has the "rou quan" which is an internal form - some say what chen taijiquan is based on but there is no proof of that.

I think they also do xinyi and bagua there too (Gene?) but not sure if its wushu standardized forms or not...

The late GM Chee Kim Thong used to teach what he called Shaolin Tai Chi - Wu Ji Quan. It was practiced slowly like Tai Chi but looked slightly different (mind you I am no expert on Tai Chi).
