i've got tendonitis in my right elbow and can't do any weighted curls. i can do pushups without any pain. but my question is do you guys know any exercises i can do to build strength in my biceps without weights? i do dynamic tension but the result are very mediocre. thanks for any input.

If the results from your hard qigong are mediocre, you're either doing it wrong, not doing it hard enough or aren't consistent about it.
