Well, since I'm starting to kinda get my rib back in shape, an' my elbow is good enough for dumbbell physical therapy, I figure I'd start whittlin' down my workout to see what I wanna keep when the time comes. So, here!

Toudijutsu/Technique Workout:
--Every day: All eight Isshinryu empty hand forms, 3each
Counter to Seisan kata (bunkai kata)
Both Sides, Two Man Basics
---Tues, Thur: Same as above, +
Select one kata, going over with variations, looking
at applications, lessons, etc. Multiple run throughs
Tokumine no Kun (Bo Kata)
Chizi kun Bo (Gojuryu kobudo kata)
----Whenever possible: Bagwork, times/emphasis on TBD
Footwork drills!!!
Shadowboxing, times/emphasis on TBD

Weights:

Well, no cycle decided on yet. Just felt like posting something I can keep posting on, to see where I'm at. Less personal than all those training logs I'll be keeping, too.
