Lets put the thread on the back burner- appreciated all the good wishes.

My wing chun students had a big bash for me at a good Chinese restaurant--mini speeches- good food- lots of presents- including a nice silk outfit for demos. They found a fat size! Years ago in LA Chinatown a guy once told me when i was shopping- sorry we dont have fat size! Then on to a student's house for more presents,pictures and a huge delicious cake with a red plum blossom on it- at the center.

I gave a little talk on the conquest of fear and its uses.

Today another bash ata Chinese restaurant put on by my oldest son and my 7 month old grandson will be there- his ground technique is near perfect-rolling, on his back, stomach, sitting back up, grabbing, minimal local muscle usage, hammer fist- doesnt have the char kuen yet- but all in good time. he will have a good opportunity if he wants to learn. You never know.

Tomorrow number 2 son has something else planned.

Confirms old wisdom- we are reborn all the time...if we just notice it.
