No seriously, we joke around that women thinks totally different from males but I know that there are males that act like girls too. I read somewhere in a swedish mag called "Illustrated Science" that women 'needs a bigger width of the screen than males to percept 3D in video games'. Don't know if I beleive this but if it's true it might be a explanation to why women don't understand video games :)

Fighting has historically been an all-male arena, with relatively few exceptions. As a woman in MA, my experience has been that relatively few women stick with it for the long run. To put it simply, most girls just don’t have the taste for fighting. Some, however, do, and excel as martial artists. Dun know but most women would fight like tigers if their children is in danger. So maybe women just have a different mindset when training. They might never think of that what they are doing should be a preparation for fighting. Some however do it for competition and they are usually pretty serious.

for me, watching a female martial artist do forms be it wushu or traditional, and do it well , powerful fluid , graceful, its such a beautiful thing to watch. with men its good to watch but not as captivating.
i think crouching tiger hidden dragon was a huge success because they playeed alot upon the femal role and strengths.
the only dominant male charachter was li mu bi , and other than that women. a great show.

I think thats a pretty accurate statement , I've said it before that I think women in todays world should play a more active role in martial arts to empower themselves. Some don't agree, alot of it could be lazyness , but as a martial artist that is my bias.

In that case I think as I said, most women don't think fighting is fun. I think they find light contact sparring fun but most women go away when they realize you gotta go up a level all the time. I'm a bit confused what are we discussing here? :confused:

For a simple answer,I think it boils down to probably literally age old biological "roles" determining such characters.
I´m not necessarily trying to pinpoint certain gender models (as sociocultural) but while everyone might not appreciate it,I think they´re written in stone (flesh) to a certain degree.There just seems to be too much hard evidence to support such a position.

InDesign is pretty nice, slow though.

I do 3D stuff too, for that I like 3DS Max, although I'm trying to learn Maya. I'm building myself a new PC just so I can run it....

I draw everything then ink and afterwards scan and from then on work digitally.
