i know how to condition my shins, abs, and forearm, but what about those other areas prone to get hit, like tights, upper arms, etc. at practice we got a partner to do this for us, ie, kicking our candy a$$es all over; what about doing it on your own though? can't really thing of a good way to do this. i figure strengh training might be good to some degree, but is it sufficient enough?

does anyone condition their knees too? how do u go about with this?

method man
