Anyone ever try iron crotch?
And how long does it take to master?
Does it improve performance in other areas of one's life?

I have learned something like iron crotch, but not the type for pulling trucks with your wedding tackle. It is more to be able to take blows to the crotch without feeling any pain. I am far from mastering it, and the amount of time taken to master it depends on how dilligently you practice.

And yes, I have noticed it helps a bit in other ways ;)

Ironically, joedoe's iron palm is well developed from an activity that you would think would also toughten the old tackle.

Additionally,I cannot find the article right now (maybe someone else can.It was KFM´s&dealt with the same thing) but I think there was one which involved claims to the direction of "prevents ear infection (etc.)".
My personal opinion? Possible fraud.

lol. And you would have gotten the reaction that you would get from any other guy - doubled up in pain on the ground. :D
