I was looking at my training schedule… on moday I have a low back 'day'… which really only consist of weighted hyperextension(?)… and maybe some pulley work… depending on time… but on wed and fri I have myself doing KB swings and C&J etc… as part of the HOC routine... is all of that too much stress for my back?

I don't think it is. I think the KB stuff would even be good for recovery and building GPP since there really isn't a "yielding" portion of the lift. The concentric action will help pump blood through the muscle and quicken recovery. Just listen to your body and don't push it to intensely. I do KB stuff before every single workout to warm-up and build GPP.
