(not counting cardio, warmup, cooldown)

Neutral Grip Pullup: 1x8, 1xFailure

Power Clean and Press: 2x8

Bent-Over Dumbbell Row: 2x8

Lying Reverse Flye: 2x8

Lateral Raise: 2x8

Farmer's Walk: 2xFailure

~I'm leaving out just about any chest work 1)because I'll be scared to reinjure the rib and 2)need to correct an imbalance in my shoulder/back/chest development. My anteriors are just hooj in comparison to my posteriors, and this has caused shoulder pain for the passed few years.

Plus, gonna be doing a helluvalota bagwork.

This is just a "Cody getting back into the groove" kinda circuit. haven't a clue what I'm gonna drop into when I get back.
