Hello,
I'm quite interested in learning the meridian systems of the body, and general acupunture information and so on for my own personal use, and curiosity.
I started to read The Complete System of Self-Healing by Dr. Stephen Chang, and I'm VERY happy with this book, as it explains a good deal about the daoist internal exercises, and has a great number of them sorted out in one volume.
I'm aware of some of the titles he also authored, namely The Complete Book of Acupuncture. Although, this title (and even the one I bought already), are becoming harder to acquire easily, and I'm wondering if that book is worth the effort, or that maybe some of you can help direct me to more valuable resources.
My questions are:
1) What are good (preferably thorough) volumes that can aquaint me with Acupuncture, and the Meridians?
2) Are there any other great encompassing books on Internal Exercises such as Stephen Chang's work?
Thank you very much,
-PhantomFighter
