Any one interested in fighting a san shou format fight can go here http://www.sanshou.co.uk/ to enroll in a ranking day no november 30.


This is a good way to get into san shou as the rounds will be short and you will get several fights in a day.

You will get ranked into A,B or C depending on how you do in your fights. If you make it into rank A you may be invited to fight in full on 3 round fights in the new year.

That's good! If you lose one you can fight again. Don't think I'm going all teh way to uk though

But its only one three min round......you even get a rest in the middle for instruction from your coach/teacher/sifu!
