Wow. The specialization program I'm doing (the one I posted a few threads down) left me so sore. On Monday I did 12x4 of skull crushers and barbell curls. My biceps are totall fine but my triceps have been sore as a mofo since Tuesday. Actually, they're getting a little better now. Tomorrow is Friday and I have to do 5x10 of skull crushers and barbell curls. Yay!

Whoa, this is strange. I did my 5x10 workout last night for triceps and biceps, and my triceps were kinda sore during the workout, but today (it hasn't been 24 hours yet tho), there's no soreness at all. That's the weirdest thing I've ever experienced.

But it might get really sore tonight. Who knows.

think of how much blood those five sets brought to your triceps. your answer probably lies there. :)

So, would soaking an injured body part in the blood of one's enemies decrease the healing time?
