I was too tired to remember it's name, but the dish reminded me of Flan in texture, presentation and flavor.
It is a pudding made of rice flour, with a brown sugar syrup that tasted vanilla to me.
I took one taste of this warm concoction, and said: Holy cr@p, this tastes like Flan!"
Kinda like that science fiction show on the tube where every sentient species has some dish that tastes like Swedish meatballs....
