I'd like to get a video that shows/teaches the power generation exercises of Hsing-I. Right now I wanna contain myself to just practicing and mastering the 5 elements, so could anyone recommend a good site or place to get videos that explain just the 5 element fists, and any power generation exercises that may be associated with it? Thanks.

Unfortunatley I don't know when it's going to get finished (but I have the footage haha) but when Luo's Xingyi video comes out it will rock your clock! Xingyi jibengong, great wuxing instuction and plenty of apps.
