Buck Sam Kong or Arthur Sikes?

Anybody hear about any of these guys? I found out there is a a guy named "SIFU AMIN" teaching Hung Gar at a local dance studio, and supposedly he trained under these guys. Anybody ever heard of these three? Good or bad?

Sifu Buck Sam Kong is a highly respected Hung gar teacher. His school is known to produce students who can fight.

I've heard that Sikes was/is an amazing sifu. Never worked out with anything connected to him, though.

never heard of sikes, but really like kongs stuff.
Heck i even bought his book ages ago on tiger crane!
good instructional/reference manual.

near exact match to lam sai wings book of same set. says alot for that lineage's tecahings and their adherence to the taolu as set out by the old master.
