yes, that pic is from TMNT back in the early 90's (91?).
i've always liked that movie and been dying to get a mask/outfit like this guys on the pic, minus the red headband. I've search everywhere i can online, but no luck. Any ideas?

Gotta give those guys in the costumes (turtle costumes i mean) lots of respect for being able to do what they did in those heavy suits.

for the head you get a sheer nylon stocking for the eyes and over it wear a tight ski mask.

For the rest just use a ninja outfit and a velvet vest.

hmmm. It looks like the mask is leather though. and the part covering the eyes pops out of the mask. reminds me of that cooking utensil that looks like a fish net on a handle used to drain stuff.

No the head is made of Rayon or polyester. The screen effect is what the nylon stockings are for.
