yes, that pic is from TMNT back in the early 90's (91?).
i've always liked that movie and been dying to get a mask/outfit like this guys on the pic, minus the red headband. I've search everywhere i can online, but no luck. Any ideas?

Gotta give those guys in the costumes (turtle costumes i mean) lots of respect for being able to do what they did in those heavy suits.

hey dude im not sure but i think i can help you. if you watch teenage mutant ninja turtles at the end in the credits it says what company provided the wardrobe for the movie. all you have to do then is put that in a search engine and it should come up at least once if the company isnt out of business (if it is then you would have to contact new line home cinema i think thats who produced it) anyway ask if they sell or make those costumes anymore or if they have any left over from the movies and if they are willing to sell them. if that doesnt work try to find someone on ebay or something who already bought one and is selling it
