This is the workout I did Saturday and Sunday. I always spend the weekend at my girlfriend's house and don't have access to my weights, so I am doing alot of bodyweight stuff.

Double Pyramid

Knuckle Pushups--5, 10, 15, 20
Between each set do 20 squats

Weighted Pullups-20 lbs.--1, 2, 3, 4
Sprints with weighted jumprope--1 minute, 2 minute, 3 minute.

rest 1 or 2 minutes

Knuckle Pushups--20, 15, 10, 5
20 squats between each set

Weighted Pullups--4, 3, 2, 1
Rope Sprints--3 minute, 2, 1

Friday
End of PTP cycle:
Jumprope warmup/wakeup - 100 jumps
Bench 4x110kg, 5x102.5kg
Squat 5x120kg, 5x107.5kg
Deadlift --""--, --""--
Pullups 2x5
Janda situps
Jumprope cooldown - 200 jumps
Commute 30min by bike.

Saturday
Interval sprints:
10min warmup, 8x20s intervals, 7x10s recoveries, 15min cooldown.
Janda situps
One-arm deadlifts.
