I stopped exercising back in june cause of injured elbow and knee. I started excercising again about 10 days ago and my elbow starting to hurt a little again. Any remedies? I think I hurt it june from straining on cable flies and other stuff that was too heavy. I was stupid and didn't let it heal and just kept exercising and it got worse. But its been over 3 months of healing time now and kinda surprised it started to hurt again, but thankfully not nearly as bad as it was. It doesnt hurt too much when exercising, unless its directly used. It feels tight/tingles when I'm not doing anything now though too. I'll throw on some dit dat jow and start up a 5-day cycle of IB profien. Any other ideas?

There's a few physical therapy exercises you can do with a few tied-together rubber bands. Usually get these through a medical supply store.

Tomorrow I'll post a few pics of the movements.

worth a shot. Skull crushers will help strengthen the muscle around the joint as well.
