When you do sacrifice falls (or flipping falls, sutemi, etc) you essentially are airborne, rotate in the air completely, then fall to the floor (more or less). In Judo or Aikido, you are trained to estend your arm out and one of the legs out in a <45degrees angle from your body to help absorb the shock (on a mat), but I was wondering how SHuai Jiao people do it. I know how the regular Shuai Jiao falls vs. Judo style falls are like, but I'm having a hard time wrapping my brain around the flipping sacrifice falls for some reason.
