LOL! this coming from a Shaolin-Ho practitioner. You can take your Ving Chun and get a dictionary for all I care, Wing Chun is the only true spelling and I have mastered it. Look, I will share with you an ancient chinese secret that is not laundry soap - WING CHUN. That's right, the correct spelling in capital letters!!!!!

It's going good, I am sort of recovering from a training related injury but it happens.
Training is going good though, I have learned a hell of a lot about grappling in a short amount of time and still have a lot to learn! I am in the best shape of my life though, I feel great and have been training quite a bit as a result!

how's thing with you? Still defending the right to practice the Do I see.

Yenhoi was hunted mercilessly for 12 days by Canadians so he is a little bitter. Fortunately he sruvived and they have pictures of him at all the border stations...
