I love the bad advice thread, but lets make sure that people coming to read the board can get exposed to some of our better advice too. Lets hear good things that people have told you. This may actually help us understand each other's systems as well!

Control the power you generate from your whole body and force it out of you in one spot. If you dont' you'll snap your neck off.

On training -

Something will always come up, something will always come up and tempt you not to train. Ignore it or take care of it. Then train.

"keep your hands up!"

"move, move!"

"relax your shoulders"

"pick your opponent, don't let him pick you" (multiple opponent sparring)

"sink low...LOWER!" (stance/form/drill training)

"To learn a technique, you must practice it 50 times. To master it, you must perform it 5000 times."

"Throw someone who doesn't know how to fall, and he won't get up."

"It's better to move than to block."

"position is stronger than strength and faster than speed." Excellent!!!!!!

The inner circle is shorter than the outer circle.

Don't fight capital to captital.

Always ask your bigger brother for power (ie, don't use the tricep, bicep, use back/shoulder. Don't use back/shoulder, use hip and leg, foot)

Side-to-side blocking, up and down blocking, is like a windshield wiper -- the window still gets wet. Block like an umbrella.
