Does anyone have "Kung Fu Elements" by Shou-Yu Liang and Wen-Ching Wu? How is it? Do you recommend it? Let me know opinions please, thank you all very much, sweethearts!:D

We use it as a constant reference here at Kung Fu Tai Chi magazine. A copy of Kung Fu Elements (http://store.yahoo.com/martialartsmart/bw005.html) is always sitting on my desk. And that's the truth! :D
