He was almost totally paralyzed by bullet wounds, and had to be carried to the electric chair.

you don't get justice like that these days.

i doubt anyone shot and paralyzed by the police would ever be sentenced to death these days in any state. no matter how horrid the crime they were proven to have committed.

Its hardly worth the trouble of the police to frame the guys they maim anymore :D
