Just wanted to share. The United States Gayong Federation website-the silat group and style I train in-just got updated a bit and you can take a sneak peek at the technique progression pics which will be in the upcoming Feb IKF gayong silat article by Cikgu Joel Champ.

You can also see other pics there that are a bit older and if you look hard enough you can see me fourth from the left I believe with a white t-shirt under the gi next to the woman holding the two bastons at the bottom row. The pic is a bit blurry and the current class training pics are not updated yet. There is should be a good one of me throwing a guy into the fourth realm of hades when those are put up.
