Prolab is good stuff.
GNC is grossly over priced. I found another supplement store near here that is much much cheaper.

Meat Shake is right. GNC's prices are ridiculous. I have a thread about 5 down from this one called the ultimate protein power, that's what I use. I have been taking protein factory's stuff for two years now and I love it. Ask their tech support for help making a mix for whatever you're trying to do. Alternatively, look up www.ast-ss.com for ast sport science's mixes. I have heard only good things about them, but you will end up paying a little more. Nitro-Tech and another popular company just got busted again for steroids in their protein, which they put in there to make you think the protein is working better than others. T-mag had an article about it. There was an episode of frontline or something that investigated various proteins for juice after an olympic luge-ist (what do you call people who ride luges?) tested positive when all he had taken was what he thought was protein. Many popular companies were found to contain that stuff, plus emulsifiers (kill your heart by clogging your arteries) and much higher percentages of low quality protein than they claimed. I would definitely stick with protein factory or AST. After all, its your body; you're trying to make it stronger, not kill it. Maybe Ironfist or Ford Prefect or some of the other hardcore lifters will know some good stuff too.
