Does anyone know a good site where I can translate English phrases into Mandarin or Cantonese?

Or can anyone here do it?

Thanx for the help friends, but I've walked into a slight problem... I need to install a language pack. When I try to install it, it says to insert the Windows XP CD-ROM. I don't have it. Is there anyway around it or can one of Ya'll save my phrases as a Bitmap and e-mail it to me?

You can download language packs off Microsoft's website (www.microsoft.com). It just takes a bit of time to find the correct ones. :D
