Hi guys. My school has a messege board as well, which I think would be great if you came. You guys are really cool and I'm only inviting people I think would be a great addition to it. In regards to Praying Mantis, we train Long Fist Praying Mantis and basically only 2 forms, Xiao Hu Yuan and Beng Bu (a different Beng Bu form from the 7 Star style but the same name and it is a Praying Mantis form). But our training in Praying Mantis is minor and mixed in with our Long Fist training. But please come stop by. We're YMAA (Yang's Martial Arts Association) and all students of Dr. Yang Jwing Ming. I'm in there as my real name, Walter Wong, instead of Ren Blade.
