i recently posted a routine i was going to try, but many said it was too many exercises, too much isolation, and too time consuming. i took these 3 things into consideration and ive thought of a new routine. its a mixture of bodyweight and power training, with light weights, low reps and a lot of sets...im gonna try this out, tell me what u guys think:

Monday[chest/triceps]- Diamond Pushups(5x5), Fingertip Pushups(5x5), Dips(5x5), Bench Press(5x5)
Tuesday[abs,shoulders]- Medicine Ball Crunch(5x5), Twisting Crunch(5x5), Leg Lifts(5x5) Penguins(5x5), Shrugs(5x5), "W" Raises(5x5)
Wednesday- pull-ups(5x5), rowing(5x5), reverse situps(5x5), bentover rows(5x5)
[b]Thursday[legs]- squats(5x5), calf raises(5x5), hamstring pullbacks(5x5), exercycle(10min)
Friday[forearms/chest]- palm up curl(5x5), palm down curl(5x5), dumbbell twist(5x5), {using exercise ball}--->Dumbbell press(5x5), Dumbbell Flye(5x5), Pushups(5x5)

well thats about it, can u guys jus leave comments, tips, extra advice or maybe some substitute exercises for me? thanx alot...peace
