I've been using yahoo image search for "yang" wudang" stuff like that. So sometimes you can find stuff on pages that are in other languages.

That video on the opening page is right out of Aikido. Although it is very easy to do in Tai Chi Chuan what one does in Aikido, that very technique was known as the breath throw when I started back in 1992 (only later did I learn the accurate term).

Check out www.energyarts.com for a video on Tai Chi Chuan applications. It is the best video I have seen so far on Tai Chi Chuan applications.

Also check out www.grtc.org (or contact them) to find out about the DVDs Scott Rodell puts out. He has a book, Chinese Swordsmanship, which is imensely beneficial to Tai Chi Chuan. His DVDs really should be sold with the book as they complement it very well.
